Strathmore Business School

Lexicon + ion researched similar facilities in the US and Europe to come up with the design. The idea was to have lecturers from their affiliate foreign universities have a comparable teaching environment to theirs back home. The building includes a breakout area that encourages student networking. In 2012, the African Real Estate and Housing Finance (AREHF) awarded the business school the Best Green Building Development in Africa.
