This new manufacturing facility located in the greenfield site in Athi River, a growing manufacturing on the outskirts of Nairobi along Mombasa – Nairobi Highway. The Six Billion facility including machinery shall include manufacturing, warehousing, administration and offices.
The main manufacturing building, 300 meters long, is flanked by the raw foods and finished goods warehouses making it is an efficient linear manufacturing process. The main administration block’s reception is designed with an African theme.
The Construction approach is guided by three global standards; Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Factory Mutual (FM) and Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Gold.
