Located on the outskirts of the capital – Nairobi, Athi River is considered the next frontier in housing and community developments for people working in the capital and in and around the growing manufacturing presence in Athi River.
In collaboration with Karibu Homes Ltd and Shelter Afrique, the construction model for the four-floor apartment blocks is housing that would be profitable to an investor but keeps the prices affordable to the low-income groups. This will result in innovation in planning, architecture and approach to construction.
The plan is to incorporate different designs with shared green-open spaces.
